Legal information

This page covers two things: the licence details for the brand, and what those details mean day to day. It has been kept short deliberately.

The licence

You can see Dominion Casino's offshore licence for yourself, since it is published in the gaming platform's footer. This site does not display the number on purpose, as a number that has merely been pasted from another page proves nothing. Verification means pulling the details from the platform itself and checking them in the issuing authority's register.

Local licence

A Canadian provincial licence is not listed for this brand. At the time of our last check we could not find the brand among operators registered with iGaming Ontario or the AGCO, and this site does not state otherwise. The platform's own published licence details are the ones that count.

In practice

• Handling of account questions takes place through the support and complaints procedure run by the operator.
• Complaint and player-protection settings follow the terms published on the platform.
• Provincial self-exclusion programmes cover locally registered operators; the self-exclusion tool in your account is available on the platform.
• On the platform, both deposit limits and payment options are managed from your account.

The first port of call for any problem is the operator's complaints procedure; the next is the authority behind the licence. The steps can differ from those offered by a provincially regulated operator, so check them in the platform's terms.

Rules where you live

Rules for gambling vary by country and do not stay fixed over time. Opening an account should come after you have checked the rules in your place of residence and the casino's own conditions. None of the material here amounts to legal advice.
